Mentryville
Topic: Adventure|Just a bit of hiking around Mentryville an old oil boomtown. On the awesome bike ride a couple canyons south of there, there is still oil literally bubbling out of the ground in plain sight. I’ll get a picture of that next time I’m there. Nothing special, just a new area and I don’t think I’ve ever seen pools of oil just coming out of the ground before so that was neat too.
