Here is a picture of Kid Mountain, taken from the north.  I took it because I like the way the cloud looks, I imagine that it's a thought bubble, comic book style.

This solitary set of tracks leading off into makes me think solitary thoughts.
This one was tough, taking a picture with the sun in the frame and trying to salvage any details out of the rest of the frame is challenging to say the least.  I like the composition, but wish I could have balanced it out a little more.
The Palisade crest is in the background of this one, so it's damn near impossible for me not to love it.
A set of some tracks leading off into the distance of one of Death Valley's sand dunes.
I like the variety of elements in this one, snow, sand, sky, clouds.
An intrepid group of hikers heads up one of the dunes in Death Valley.

Just a picture of an old man sitting on some train tracks. Looks like he's carrying quite a load.
Sand crab, Torrey Pines state park. You can see his beady little eyes wanting to rip you apart with his tiny little claws.
Serra chapel in the San Juan Capistrano Mission, the oldest church in continuos use on the west coast. Interesting, no?
